Chris Ash joins the Mark Wiley Group as Director of NFL and NCAA Football Relations. With over 27 years of coaching experience in the collegiate and professional levels of football, Chris’s ability to relate to our clients in all stages of their career is what garners the elevated level of trust and connectivity we have with our clients. As a member of the elite Keller Williams Sports + Entertainment division, our team is able to provide the specialized support that players, coaches, and their family members require anywhere in North America or around the world.
Chris has led players and coaches in several different roles throughout his 27 year coaching career. He has served as the Head Coach at Rutgers University and Defensive Coordinator at Ohio State, Texas, Arkansas, Wisconsin, and Drake. Chris has coached the Defensive backs in the NFL for the Las Vegas Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars. He began his coaching career as a volunteer assistant at Drake University in 1996.
Chris is a native of Ottumwa, Iowa. He earned his undergraduate degree from Drake University in 1996 and was a two-year letter winner for the Bulldogs. Chris earned a master’s degree from Iowa State in 2003. Chris and his wife Doreen are the parents of Brady, Alexis, Tanner, and Jacey. Chris currently lives in Ponte Vedra, FL and is working for the Jacksonville Jaguars in Pro Scouting.
